I'm a scientist at QuEra Computing, working on quantum hardware. My curiosity has moved me across a few fields — atomic physics in my PhD at Harvard, then some years in biology and spatial genomics, and now quantum. What I like most is figuring out how to make things work — and, increasingly, taking that into settings where more is riding on it.

Outside of that, I climb and spend time in the mountains, drawn as much to the places themselves as to learning how to be comfortable in a wide range of settings.

You'll find both sides here, in Research and Outdoors.
